We accept payment via Paypal. Credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express can be used at checkout via Paypal.
Secure payment
As we only accept payments via PayPal we do not have any access to your credit card information and no details are retained by us.
Shipping Information
We only accept orders from customers in the U.S. and all shipping is FREE! Orders are shipped from the U.S. and should be received within a few days of your payment being received. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is sent out, so you will be able to track the order status.
Return Eligibility
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions :
Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
Be in its original and unopened box.
No return, refund, or exchange on special orders.
Return Service Procedure:
Please submit a contact form or contact us by email. (Please state if you would like an exchange or a refund)
Then please follow the instructions that are provided by us.
An exchange will be processed within 3 business days of receipt for your items, you will receive an email notification once your return is resent.
The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Please note: 420 Beginner is not responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees.
